Dear Joaquin, I used to love you.

I watched this last night:I've had a crush on Joaquin Phoenix for about 5 years now. Its a pretty serious crush. Or should I say... it was a serious crush. I'm Still Here has ruined Joaquin for me. For real.
I know that the whole thing was just a hoax... but really. He was absolutely insane, and it was sort of scary sometimes. I laughed through most of it just because of how ridiculous he was. But anyways... I no longer have a crush on Mr. Phoenix. But as soon as I watch Walk the Line this weekend (for the millionth time), I'll probably be right back in obsession mode.

Dear Joaquin Phoenix,
Snorting cocaine, getting blow jobs from prostitutes, and rapping really, really badly is not the way to win over a girl. Just sayin.

Also:
I am the master of trickery.

Grandpa kept asking me what I was doing and who I was sending "that" to. He doesn't really understand Photo Booth (he doesn't understand at all, actually) so he had no idea I was making a video. I wish I would've kept recording a bit longer because after he got on his laptop, he started dancing/singing to "Turn the Beat Around" ....yup. Sorry you guys missed that one.
:)

boring, boring, boring.

i liked today a lot.
despite getting to see Blake for less than 20 minutes today, it was a good day.
my english final was worth 50 points. and how did we earn those 50 points? we played monopoly for an hour, and then answered questions about how it relates to reality... i feel that this has nothing to do with english, but i am in no way complaining. this was an awesome alternative to a "real" final.
and i'm sure that i did a less than desirable job on my math final. but i'm okay with it. i hate that class.
and i'm going to probably jinx myself saying this, but - i totally KILLED my final. it wasn't easy, by no means, but it wasn't too difficult.
i have one more left - my safety and sanitation class. yuck. but whatever. i'm just ready to be done with this semester.
i'm staying with grandma again for grandma night part two, since the majority of grandma night last night was spent doing homework we couldn't turn in for a grade (bummer). so we're trying again tonight. +i got "I'm Still Here" in the mail from netflix today, so i'm gonna watch that tonight.
its not a high profile relationship, but joaquin phoenix and i are suuuper in love. :)
speaking of love:
can you tell what my two favorite things are?
boyfriend & cupcakes.
that's all i need.
and Jesus.
but i don't have a picture of him.
so i'll probably need to track one down to add to my favorite things collection in my car..
:)

today is a good day.

I have done absolutely nothing for the past few hours... and I plan on doing nothing for the rest of the day. I've actually been looking through some (amazing) Tommy Wiseau t-shirts. For no reason, really.. (boyfriend reads my blog. so I can't really say much. This is probably giving away too much as it is..) :)
Speaking of Mr. Blake, I made this for his momma yesterday:
I think she liked it a lot. :)
My mom makes stuff like this all the time for her office, and for the tea room I work at, so I thought it would be a fun project to try. :)

I watched Where the Wild Things Are this morning... and now I'm watching Degrassi. I haven't seen any of these new episodes, so I'm completely lost. I miss old school Degrassi with Craig and Jimmy!
Finals start tomorrow. Blah. But I'm done on Thursday, and then I'm done for an entire month. I'm so stoked.
This has been mildly pointless.
I'll get back to Degrassi now.
:)

I've been at home for nearly 3 hours and I refuse to take my coat off.

Its been a lazy day.
I'm currently working on a special something for the boy's mom. I love making things for other people. :)
Yesterday, I got off work around 12, and then tried out the new coffee shop (no bueno) and went home to take a nap/watch Inland Empire. Ever since Blake had me watch Blue Velvet, I've been on this crazy David Lynch spree, and all I want to do is watch his films. I watched Mulholland Drive a few weekends ago, and yesterday I watched Inland Empire. It was 3 hours long, and I have no clue as to what happened in those 3 hours. But I was mega creeped out:

I like his style though. I like being confused, despite the fact that I ask a ton of questions, and get really nervous. I started watching The Elephant Man, but I fell asleep/had to go back to work, so I only got to watch half-ish of it. I liked it though, so I need to finish it soon. :)

I also watched The Chumscrubber - which I liked, but it was depressing.
I'm hoping Black Swan will come to the Moxie soon, because I feel the insane need to see it.
I also h a v e to see Tron. I must confess though, Daft Punk is the one and only reason I want to see it though. :)

Cassie is back.
And you know what that means.
Crazy girls night, where we intend on doing certain things, like watching movies, and painting, but we end up just talking about random crap, and crying. we're such girls.
we also made a midnight trip to walmart for the following items:
cream puffs, sparkling grape juice, microwave dinners, mini ice cream boxes.

I'm pretty sure it was a good night. I can't remember details... except that she told me that I'm bad at relationships & she's always right. Oh, and her mom called and woke us up at 5, I told her I wanted to take my clothes off because I felt like I was going to have a heart attack.
Silly.
